Fraunhofer-GesellschaftThe Fraunhofer Personnel Certification Authority at Fraunhofer FIT certifies trainers in the scientific field with their "Scientific Trainer" certificates.
The certification program "Scientific Trainer" is structured as follows.
- Level 1 (Foundation): Certified Scientific Trainer Foundation Level
- Level 2 (Advanced): Certified Scientific Trainer Advanced Level
- Level 3 (Senior): Certified Scientific Trainer Senior Level
The different certification profiles build on each other as follows:
At Level 1 (Foundation), the title "Certified Scientific Trainer Foundation Level"is awarded. The certificate "Certified Scientific Trainer" certifies a basic qualification in the essential content-related and methodological aspects in the field of development and implementation of professional training in a scientific context.

Level 2 (Advanced Level), is completed with the title "Certified Scientific Trainer Advanced Level" and includes in-depth competencies and experience in the development and implementation of professional training in a scientific context.
Level 3 (Senior Level) is completed with the title "Certified Senior Scientific Trainer" and certifies comprehensive competencies in and experience with the development and implementation of professional training in a scientific context.
