Certificate "Human-AI Teaming" (Foundation Level)

The Fraunhofer Personnel Certification Authority certifies qualifications in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

The "Human-AI Teaming" certificate certifies that graduates have technical and user-centered knowledge in the company-relevant application areas of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

With the certificate, graduates not only demonstrate knowledge of technical and design skills, but also their knowledge of how essential the consideration of ergonomics and usability according to established standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act is for the acceptance and success of the introduction of generative AI systems in companies.

This training is aimed at specialists and managers who are active in strategic and operational roles within the development and introduction of generative AI systems.

After successfully passing the final exam, participants receive the "Human-AI Teaming" certificate.

Basics of DIN EN ISO 9241: Assessment of knowledge in the key areas of DIN EN ISO 9241, including the principles of dialog design, interaction principles and usability requirements.

Technology and ergonomics: Assessment of technical understanding and ability to integrate ergonomic principles into the development and use of generative AI systems. Particular attention is paid to the application of the principles of dialog design and interaction principles.

Iterative design and usability testing: Examination of the knowledge required to carry out usability tests of GenAI systems, from the development of prototypes to the analysis of test results.
