The personal certifications in the field of "Human-Centered Digitalization & Innovation" include the following certification profiles:

• Foundation Level
  • Human-AI Teaming
• Level A (Basic Level):
  • Certified Human-Centered Professional for Digital Strategy
  • Certified Human-Centered Professional specialized in Innovation Prototyping
  • Certified Human-Centered Professional specialized in Design Thinking
• Level B (Advanced Level): Certified Advanced Human-Centered Professional
• Level C (Senior Level): Certified Senior Human-Centered Professional

The various certification profiles build on each other as follows:

At Level A (Basic Level), certificates can be obtained in the areas of Digitalization Management, Prototyping and Design Thinking. The title "Human-Centered Professional" is awarded with the respective specialization.

Level B (Advanced Level), is completed with the title "Certified Advanced Human-Centered Professional" and includes the application of methods from the field of Human-Centered Digitalization & Innovation in everyday work. The Advanced Level certifies that participants are Advanced Human-Centered Professionals by providing proof of two Foundation Level certificates.

At Level C (Senior Level), the title "Certified Senior Human-Centered Professional" is awarded if the Advanced Level is certified and a completed transfer project with a written elaboration as well as a 20-minute presentation and a subsequent 20-minute technical discussion can be demonstrated.

In addition to the aforementioned certificates at levels A, B and C, certificates are awarded at foundation level, which certify basic knowledge in the respective subject area.
